Goal:
The goal of the Wellness Center Support group is to assist in the programs and initiatives of the Campolindo Wellness Center - which are aimed at enhancing the overall well-being and health of Campo students.
Primary Activities:
Help facilitate the implementation of programs and projects that will benefit students, at the request and direction of the Wellness Center Coordinator.
Act as a liaison between the CPC and the Wellness Center.

SELF-CARE SERIES
Campo Wellness is excited to be offering a monthly self-care series this semester during Academy starting in February. Each academy session will include psychoeducation on the topic and an activity. The dates are as follows and students should sign up in Teachmore (offerings are available now):

If you have students in mind who might benefit from this series, please submit a Wellness Referral (use the Other checkbox in the "What challenges to see with this student" section and write "Self-Care Series") to let us know who they are. We will invite them to participate. We will include topics for future months in this weekly bulletin.

If you are new to the Campolindo community or are a returning family, we want to provide you with important information about our Wellness Center!
What services are provided for students?
Students can participate in a variety of services including mental health counseling, support and empowerment groups, referrals to community agencies and more. Wellness services provided to students are free and confidential. Students can also drop-in to the Wellness Center before/after school, lunch/brunch, and for short breaks if needed.
How do I refer a student to the Wellness Center?
You can refer a student to the Wellness Center by completing the online referral form or contacting the Wellness Center via email. You can also refer students by contacting the student's School Counselor.
