The Campo Parents Club Newsletter is emailed every Monday morning during the school year. If school is closed on Monday, it will be sent the next school day. Each issue includes timely updates and announcements on Wellness, Athletics, College & Career Center news, Class updates, and topics related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), along with other relevant information for the Campo community. New content is marked with a red “NEW” tag for easy identification. Most announcements remain for 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted.

 

If you’d like to submit content for the weekly newsletter, please use this link to send your submission and follow the guidelines below:

  • Every Thursday by end of day. (Late entries will roll over to the following issue).
  • Newsletter contributors will receive reminders for submissions and draft reviews. If you are not on the contributor list, email campobulletin@campoparents.org to be added.
  • A draft preview will be sent out on Friday for review.
  • Please Limit text to max 3–4 concise lines.
  • If your content is longer, send the detailed announcement/article to webmaster@campoparents.org—the webmaster will post them to your web page on the CPC website and link them in the newsletter.
  • No need to submit the same content—announcements run automatically for 2–3 weeks.
  • Don't worry about formatting. The CPC editor will take care of all styling and formatting.
