WELLNESS CENTER RESOURCES

If your student is experiencing difficulty with grief and loss, do not hesitate to reach out to Wellness, school counselors, or administrators. You can also access resources HERE and through the Contra Costa Crisis Center.

If you have students in mind who might benefit from this series, please submit a Wellness Referral (use the Other checkbox in the "What challenges to see with this student" section and write "Self-Care Series") to let us know who they are. We will invite them to participate. We will include topics for future months in this weekly bulletin.

For information and details regarding programming, support groups, and educational opportunities, visit our webpage or follow us on Instagram @campowellness.
