Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

Goal:

The Campo Parents Club Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Group is dedicated to identifying, implementing, and supporting a strategic approach to combating racism, discrimination, and exclusion, in our academic, athletic, and club settings, as well as within the local community.

primary activities:

Working in partnership with the school and community to:

1.  Provide professional learning for staff, students, administration, and parents;

2. Measure the culture and climate for students on the campus related diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; 

3. Leverage that data to advocate for policies and programs to improve conditions for all students and staff.
