APPOINTMENTS WITH THE COLLEGE & CAREER CENTER
A very important part of our work is ensuring each student has a good college list in Maia. If you are stumped, don't worry—we're here to help you build one. We recommend families use a College Cost Calculator to help determine which schools are financially a good fit. More information on the college and career process can be found on College & Career 101. Please feel free to make an appointment with us on the Campo College/Career Website, Campo College Calendly links and check out "Upcoming Events." If you don’t intend to apply to college, we would love to help you map out your post-graduation plans - make an appointment in College/Career, if you have any questions.

CAMPOLINDO WELLNESS CENTER

NEW: The Wellness Center is excited to welcome students and families to a new school year! We are open from 8am through the end of the school day. Students can stop by for a wellness break, a cup of tea, or to speak with one of our counselors.

This year the Wellness Center is offering students new opportunities to develop leadership skills, make a positive impact on campus, and support the well-being of their peers. Through our student-led clubs, participants build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and help create a more connected and healthy school community. Students interested in joining any of these clubs are encouraged to stop by the Wellness Center for more information.

Bring Change to Mind (BC2M) is part of a national movement to end the stigma surrounding mental health. Members promote open conversations about mental wellness, foster peer support, build resilience, and lead campus-wide awareness events throughout the year. The club meets every other Wednesday.

Protect Your Game is a new leadership opportunity designed for student-athletes. Members learn the latest research on how alcohol and other substances affect athletic performance and overall health, then share that knowledge with teammates and peers to promote informed, healthy choices. The club meets every other Wednesday.

T.U.P.E. (Tobacco Use Prevention Educators) empowers students to become advocates for a tobacco-free and nicotine-free campus. Through presentations, awareness campaigns, and peer education, members help promote healthy choices and positive school culture. Sponsored by the Contra Costa County Office of Education, the club meets once a month.
