NEW: FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

HERE is the schedule for second semester finals.

NEW: FINALS FUEL SPRING 2026 - FINAL WEEK - WE NEED YOUR HELP! 
Finals Fuel is next week and there are still a ton of snacks needed. Finals Fuel is scheduled for May 27 and May 29, 100% supported by Campo Parents who fund and distribute ~10,000 snacks to hungry and grateful students between their final exams. We need your help! Here’s how: purchase snacks directly from Amazon, donate $ [Venmo: @David-Harrison-154, PayPal: david_harrison@yahoo.com], volunteer to pass out snacks or bring drinks using Sign Up Genius.

VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARDS & EXCELLENCE IN COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD CORDS PICKUP - WED, MAY 20
Students may pick up their Volunteer Service Awards on Wednesday, May 20 during lunch (12:50–1:30 PM) in front of the College and Career Center. Please don't rush to lunch without stopping by!

YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION - THURSDAY, MAY 21
Yearbook Distribution on Thursday, May 21. Seniors at lunch in the MUR, all other students after school from 3:30 to 4:15 pm in the MUR. Still need to pre-order a yearbook or want to check if you ordered a yearbook, go to www.yearbookordercenter.com and check under "Find Your Order." 

SPIRIT WEAR STORE IS OPEN UNTIL JULY 1
Spirit Wear for the 2026-2027 school year is now live.  We have hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants, and more - there are so many new designs! Order now until July 1st with pick up on Cougar Day (August 10th). Get your Cougar ready to show their Campo pride with some spirit wear! Please contact Anne Woolway with any questions. Thank you!  

COUGAR DAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Please sign up for a 2-hour shift at Cougar Day on August 10. Cougar Day is only a success if we have lots of volunteers to help us hand out all those schedules and it's a great way to jump back into the Campo Community before school starts. Sign up HERE! Thank you for your help!!

CAMPO SPORTS PHYSICALS/ATHLETIC CLEARANCES - TUESDAY, JULY 14, 6PM
If your student will be playing a Campo sport during the 2026-27 school year and will not be getting cleared through their family physician, Campo Athletic Boosters is hosting a Sports Physicals/Athletic Clearance event at Campo on July 14, starting at 6pm. You need to log in the Campo RevTrak first, then s
ign up HERE to register. Note: if the webstore asks you to provide your student’s ID#, you can find it by logging into your Aeries PASS Parent Portal account and navigating to the Demographics page. Any questions, please contact president@campoathleticboosters.com.

ATHLETIC REGISTRATION FOR '26/'27 SCHOOL YEAR
Athletic Registration for the '26/'27 school year will open on June 1, 2026 on Sportsnet. Physicals for next school year must be dated after June 1, 2026. For more information on the athletic registration process go HERE: Athletic Clearance is required every year and must be done prior to the start date of the season of sport. Athletic Clearance is valid for the entire school year once complete. 

  • Fall Sports (Start Aug. 10): G. Flag Football, G. Volleyball, G. Golf, Football, Water Polo, Cross Country, G. Tennis
  • Winter Sports (Start Nov. 2): Wrestling, Basketball, Soccer

CAMPO ATHLETICS UPSTANDING ATHLETE AWARD -- NOMINATION FORM
The Upstanding Athlete Award is a chance to recognize the amazing things that our athletes do outside of their athletic achievements. Beyond just winning games, Campolindo athletics also strives to create athletes who are upstanding leaders in our community. This award is a way for fellow athletes, coaches, and parents to nominate athletes to be recognized for the great things they are doing off of the field and court.

    Stop by for bubbles and mindful breathing. Students can take home mini bubble bottles.
  • WED (5/19) | Tear It Up Tuesday @ Lunch
    Write down a stressor and shred it through our hand-crank shredder as a way to let it go and reset.
  • FRI (5/20) | Therapy Dogs & Self-Care Kits @ Lunch
    Therapy dogs will be visiting the quad. Bring Change to Mind will also be handing out free self-care kits while supplies last.
  • THURS (5/21) | Gratitude & Lemonade @ Lunch
    Students can add a note to our gratitude jar and stop by for lemonade.

  • FRI (5/22) | Therapy Dogs & Laugh Therapy @ Lunch
    Stop by for another therapy dog visit and laugh therapy tabling in the quad.

SENIOR CLASS NEWS

NEW: WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR GRAD NIGHT!

NEW: ATTENTION ALL GRADUATING SENIORS (AND PARENTS)!
On Thursday, May 21, from 2:00–2:30 PM, seniors will return to their former elementary schools for a meaningful “memory walk.” You’ll have the chance to see your former principals, wave to current students, and revisit the halls where it all began. Wear your cap and gown! Please see the flyer for start times, parking instructions, and details specific to each elementary school. If you didn’t attend a Lafayette elementary school, feel free to join a friend.

NEW: TIME OF REFLECTION 
This ceremony is created, arranged, and organized by a committee of Senior students. As space is limited, an invitation is extended to graduating class Seniors and their families. Attendance at this event is optional.

  • Date: Tuesday, May 26
  • Time: 5:30 - 7PM
  • Place: Campo Gym 

Attire: Seniors should dress in something that makes them feel comfortable and good. Recommended attire is slacks with a collared shirt or dresses/skirts. No jeans or flip-flops, please.

NEW: GRADUATION REHEARSAL - MANDATORY - THURSDAY, MAY 28, 1:30PM-3:30PM
Students meet in the Large Gym/Quad area at 1:30 PM. If your senior does not attend this practice, they will NOT be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony!!

NEW: GRADUATION CEREMONY DETAILS 
Date: May 29
Time: 4:30 PM. STUDENT ARRIVAL in Large Gym/Quad area. Purchased leis will be distributed at this time. 5:30 PM Ceremony begins 
Place: Bob Wilson Stadium 

  • Guests & Arrival Times: 

    • No tickets will be distributed and there is no limit to the number of guests a student may invite.

    • There is no seating or entering the bleachers before 4:30 PM. Any towels or blankets used to reserve areas will be removed. 

    • Families and guests should plan to be seated in the stands no later than 5:15 PM. 

    • Please allow plenty of time for traffic congestion, parking, and walking from distant parking locations. 

  • Need disabled seating & parking? 

    • ADA parking is limited. Those requesting parking will need to produce an active placard before a permit can be issued. 

    • There is an area at the bottom of the stadium for seniors and ADA to be dropped off and shuttled to the top of the stadium. 

    • We recommend families drop off and then find parking. 

    • Please call or email AP Robyn Harrison to reserve one spot no later than Friday, May 22.

  • Family members should not approach the Senior seating area for picture taking. There is time for pictures after the ceremony. 

Diplomas: 

  • Students will receive an empty diploma case during the graduation ceremony. 

  • Immediately following the conclusion of the ceremony, members of the Campolindo Staff will be available in the Quad to distribute the official diploma certificates to parents and guardians.

  • Diplomas are released to parents and guardians only, so that they are not lost at Grad Night. 

  • Diplomas not claimed by June 1 will be available in the Counseling Office during the months of June and August. 

FINAY DAYS TO DROP OFF YOUR DECORATED SENIOR MEMORY BOARDS! 
Instructions for decorating your board can be found HERE! Drop off your DECORATED Memory Boards no later than Wednesday, 5/20 in the labeled boxes located outside the school office. Memory Boards will be on display graduation week. Please reach out to 2026classadvisors@gmail.comwith any questions.

This is a great opportunity to connect with other Sophomore parents in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Your 2028 parent advisors will be there as well to answer any questions you may have about the busy upper-class years ahead. Please
 RSVP if possible, so we know how much space to reserve. Unable to join? Please consider donating to our class fund as we enter two busy years of events (prom, ball, grad night, senior breakfast, memory boards, etc).
